Suzie Spivey
Suzie Spivey is the Administrative Assistant of Roland Family Counseling Center. She works part-time at the clinic after retiring from a successful business career. Suzie welcomes clients into the office and also takes care of all of the insurance billing. She loves animals especially her two dogs and three cats. Suzie enjoys cross stitching, quilting and reading in her spare time.

Veronica Anthony MS, LPC
Veronica is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, with Roland Family Counseling Center. She has been employed with Roland Family Counseling Center for over 7 years. Veronica is very passionate about working with kids and their families. She believes this is where change happens the most.
Veronica became a counselor during a very tragic and tough time in her and her daughters live. Counseling gave her hope and she wants to offer that same hope to others who are struggling.
Veronica graduated from University of Arkansas-Fort Smith with a BA in Psychology. She received her Masters from John Brown University.
Veronica loves to spend time with her family especially at the lake. She loves to be outdoors and usually finds time to enjoy a little running.

Ashley Hawkins MS, LPC Candidate
Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, candidate at Roland Family Counseling Center. She began practicing under supervision in September 2018. While attending college, Ashley worked with children and families as a Case Manager and Social Worker.
Ashley received her BA in Psychology from Northeastern State University. She received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from John Brown University.
Ashley enjoys exercising, being outdoors and spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband, Matt, for 7 years and has 4 boys.

Summer Hawkins MS, LPC, RPT
Summer Hawkins is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, with Roland Family Counseling Center. She is also a Registered Play Therapist, RPT, and is trained in Aut Play. Summer has been licensed in Oklahoma for over six years and in Arkansas for two years. She works primarily with children and their families in areas such as anxiety, depression, adjustment and behavioral issues, and self-harm. She also has a passion for working with women facing women issues like anxiety and depression.
Summer was born and raised in Eastern Oklahoma and is part of the Cherokee tribe. She takes pride in working with people who share the same ancestry. Summer graduated from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma with a BA in Psychology. She received her Masters from John Brown University in Community Counseling.
Summer loves to travel, especially to the beach and to watch the Oklahoma State University play football.

Angie Ramsey MS, LPC
Angie Ramsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, with Roland Family Counselor Center. Angie has been licensed for over 5 years in Oklahoma. She works with adults and children assisting them with issues such as depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma goals, adjustment issues and poor social skills. She has a passion for working with women and issues that are special to women such as past abuse, trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression.
When not working, Angie spends time with her 2 year old Jack Russel Terrier, Jax. Also the light of her world is her 4 children and 12 beautiful grandchildren. She also loves traveling especially to the beach.
Angie believes that everyone can benefit from counseling. Having someone who is unbiased to talk to about issues can be very beneficial to oneself. For Angie, therapy and change is rooted in Christian faith and biblical principles. “Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety” Proverbs 11:14

Paul Grose
Paul Grose is the Co-Owner and Administrative Director of Roland Family Counseling Center. He and his wife opened the business in Roland, Oklahoma in 1999. Paul has worked in both management and marketing for hospitals and mental health clinics since 1984. Prior to 1984, Paul managed Retail Department Stores in southern Oklahoma. Paul obtained his B.S. degree in Business from Southwestern State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Over the past 35 years, Paul has participated in numerous workshops and seminars related to mental health. Paul loves junking and refurbishing old furniture. He also enjoys watching the University of Oklahoma football and softball games.

LeQuita J. Joyce MA, LPC, LMFT
LeQuita is the Co-Owner and Clinical Director at Roland Family Counseling Center.
Her specialties have always been working with children and their families. She has also worked continuous with people with addictions especially co-dependency. She works with both children and adults who have had a childhood trauma and also works with sexual abuse victims.
LeQuita has both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK.
LeQuita has been a Licensed Profession Counselor for over 30 years and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 25 years.
LeQuita and Paul, Co-Owner, have been married almost 30 years. She has two sons, Kent and Kirk Joyce. She also has been blessed with four grandchildren whom she loves to spend time with. She loves to travel and “go junking” and when at home spends her free time baking.
